SP, Baddi, Rohit Malpani said to give respite to these SHOs from the strenuous law and order duties amid Covid pandemic outbreak, a compulsory weekly off would be granted to them. In their place, senior officials will do duty.

The SHOs will utilise the day to focus on their health, besides taking adequate sleep. Recreational activities such as yoga and physical exercises would be undertaken by them to rejuvenate them for the subsequent duties. The Baddi, Barotiwala and Nalagarh SHOs were the most overworked officials out of the five police stations in Baddi district. — TNS
