P eople have been littering the jungle near the Tunnel-103 in Shimla, leaving behind plastic and glass bottles, wrappers and other garbage. This careless disposal of waste is creating an environmental hazard. A public toilet near The Mall in Shimla remains without lights, causing inconvenience for users, particularly in the evening and night. The lack of proper lighting in the toilet makes it difficult for people to use the facility safely and comfortably.
