IGMC strike troubles patients

PATIENTS visiting Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Shimla, are facing a lot of inconvenience due to the ongoing strike at the hospital. Patients have to wait in queues for hours to get the hospital slip for check-ups. DEBRIS can be found at various points on the Taradevi-Totu road, causing the stretch of the road to become congested.
