The parking of vehicles on both sides of the stretch from the Cart Road, near the Auckland tunnel to Raddison Hotel and beyond, has become a cause of traffic congestion. The road being narrow at certain points, there is a traffic jam whenever a bus or a truck moves on this stretch. It is high time that the traffic police should ensure no vehicles are parked along the roads. —Janesh Mahajan, Bharari, Shimla

The stretch near the Secretariat has become a traffic bottleneck due to construction at several points. At a few points, construction material is lying on the road, reducing its width, which leads to traffic snarls.
