Singha was participating in the condolences paid in the Vidhan Sabha to the landslide victims at Nigulseri in Kinnaur. “What happened yesterday was unfortunate but we need to take steps to ensure that such catastrophes do not happen again,” said Singha. He suggested that a team of experts must be assigned the task of studying the strata and identifying the cracks. — TNS
