Deputy Commissioner Raghav Sharma today allowed yajnas to be organised at the Chintpurni shrine with immediate effect. The yajnas were banned following the spread of Covid-19.

According to an official press note, the standard operating procedures for organising yajnas had also been issued. Overcrowding at the Yajna site would not be allowed and devotees would have to maintain social distancing and follow sanitisation norms.
