The theme, “Victoria Concordia Crescit” — Latin for “Victory through Harmony” — set the tone for the conference, urging students to seek solutions through dialogue and collaboration. The inaugural ceremony opened with a cultural dance performance and a Saraswati Vandana. Justice Rajive Bhalla (Retd), former Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, addressed the gathering, underlining the urgent need for collective action to “Make the World Great Again.” He reminded delegates that true harmony can only be achieved when humanity rises above the boundaries dividing nations.

Headmaster Himmat Singh Dhillon, in his welcome address, said the platform was designed to instil in young people a global mindset rooted in justice and harmony. Viraj Gupta, Secretary General of IPSC MUN’25, formally declared the three-day conference open.
