In a significant operation, the Government Railway Police (GRP) arrested 23 Bangladesh nationals at the Agartala railway station, including an individual identified as a tout. All the suspects arrested on Saturday primarily hailed from the Chapai Nawabganj district in Bangladesh.

The arrested individuals were identified as Ram Saha, Md Asmaul Hoque, Jakir Hossain, Md Sahin Ali, Ibrahim Khalil, Sahin Alam, Nayan Ali, Md Ilahi Hossain, Md Taib Hossain, Md Dalim, alias Iman, Md Abdul Ajij, Md Saiful Islam, Sahabuddin Shek, Md Shahidul Islam, Md Suman, Md Amirul Islam, Hajikul Babu, Ramjan Shek, Md Mijanur, Ali Akbar, Sakil Shek and Md Rehan Sk. Md Selim Reja (27) was identified as the tout in the case.
