Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the talks focused on promoting bilateral interests with emphasis on connectivity, development and cooperation, besides issues of mutual concern.

The discussions also touched upon preparations for PM Oli’s upcoming visit, his first since assuming office on July 14, 2024.

During his stay, Misri will hold separate meetings with President Ram Chandra Paudel, Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, and Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba.
