The Congress on Monday sought a thorough investigation into the activities of the RSS in view of the revelations made by Anandu Aji, a Kerala-based RSS volunteer who died by suicide after alleging prolonged sexual exploitation, including rape, at RSS shakhas and training camps during his childhood.Addressing a press conference in Delhi, Chairman of the party’s Media and Publicity Department Pawan Khera said the RSS needed to be exposed. “What is happening behind the veil of its so-called value system and nationalism must be revealed to the whole nation,” he added.

Referring to the Anandu Aji’s death, the Congress leader said it was a fool-proof and conclusive confirmation of what was already known in public domain but was not openly discussed.
