Aspirants can now access their scorecards — detailing marks, percentile scores and qualifying status for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) as well as Assistant Professor eligibility — on the official website csirnet.nta.ac.in.
The exam was conducted on July 28 across 218 cities in two shifts. Out of 1,95,241 registered candidates, 1,47,732 appeared for the test. Life Sciences drew the highest participation, with 78,949 registrations and 60,213 attendees, followed by Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean & Planetary Sciences.
Ahead of the result declaration, the agency had released a provisional answer key on August 1, inviting objections until August 3. After reviewing the challenges, the final answer key was uploaded, paving the way for the result announcement.
Those who have cleared the exam will soon be issued eligibility certificates and JRF award letters, opening doors to research fellowships and teaching careers in universities and institutions. The NTA will also release the subject-wise cut-off marks on its portal in the coming days.
