Delhi Police bust inter-state kidney racket, arrest 8

'The accused used to get transplants done based on forged documents in multiple hospitals across five states'

New Delhi, July 19

The Delhi Police on Friday said it has busted an inter-state kidney racket and arrested eight people.

“The accused persons used to get transplants done based on forged documents in multiple hospitals across five states,” a police officer said.

A Crime Branch team of Delhi Police arrested them in a week-long operation, the officer said.
