Outside the NDA fold, Lok Sabha members Asaduddin Owaisi and Harsimrat Kaur Badal, and nominated members in the Rajya Sabha Sudha Murthy and Ujjwal Nikam have been included in the panel. The committee will begin its deliberations later this month.
