When asked if Jaishankar would meet his Pakistani counterpart, Jaiswal said he could not comment at this time. “The visit is specifically for the SCO meeting,” he added.

Regarding a potential meeting with Pakistani officials, Jaiswal stated that, so far, the minister’s travel plans are limited to the SCO summit. “If there are any developments, we will let you know,” he said.
