Liberty is sacrosanct and it needs to be respected in cases involving even stringent laws, a Bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice SVN Bhatti said in its order. Nair is the fourth prominent accused to be released on bail in the case, after AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia and BRS leader K Kavitha.
