Pushkaraj Sabharwal, father of Sumeet Sabharwal, Pilot-in-Command of the Air India Dreamliner London flight involved in the Ahmedabad crash, has moved the Supreme Court seeking fair, transparent and technically robust probe into the crash.
The petitioner said the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) report predominantly focused on the deceased pilots, who are no longer able to defend themselves.
