The aim is to plan a wargame focused on conducting joint counter-terrorism (CT) operations under the United Nations Charter. Discussions will centre on establishing a joint training task force for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, as well as operational planning.

Various contingencies will be simulated, covering topics like information operations, cyber warfare, hybrid warfare, logistics, casualty management and relief operations. Conducted in three phases, the exercise seeks to build trust, camaraderie and interoperability between the two armies. It will also improve their joint operational efficiency during peacekeeping missions.
