Government sources on Monday said actor and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut’s film “Emergency” had sensitive content and religious sentiments could not be allowed to be hurt.

Speaking on the deferment of the release date of the film, initially scheduled for September 6 launch, official sources today said, “Some religious organisations have raised concerns. Religious sentiments cannot be hurt. There is some sensitive content in the film”. Kangana is the director, writer and co-producer of the film.
