The Lokayukta police have summoned Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for questioning in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) site allotment case on November 6, official sources said on Monday.

On October 25, CM’s wife Parvathi BM, who is also an accused in the case, was questioned by the Lokayukta police. The CM is facing allegations of illegalities in the allotment of 14 sites to his wife by MUDA.

It is alleged that the compensatory sites were allotted to Parvathi in an upmarket area in Mysuru having higher property value as compared to the location of her land which had been “acquired” by MUDA.
