Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday said he has no ambition of becoming the Prime Minister. Speaking at an event, Gadkari said he had received offers to become Prime Minister before and after the General Election. The minister, however, did not disclose who made him the offers.

The BJP fell way short of the majority mark in 2024, and had to fall back on its allies in the NDA to form the government at the Centre in June.
