The pran pratishtha ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, on Monday, turned into a jubilant celebration, echoing the spirit of Diwali.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi immersed himself in the sacred rituals. However, stealing the spotlight was the 51-inch Ram Lalla idol, adorned with golden ornaments, precious stones and flowers.

What has become even more captivating for devotees on social media is a seemingly lifelike display of Ram Lalla’s idol blinking its eyes and expressing through facial movements in an AI video.

The lifelike portrayal has fooled many online users, with comments expressing amazement and belief in miracles.  

However, the idol had previously sparked controversy when a viral photograph revealed Ram Lalla’s eyes, prompting chief priest Satyendra Das to demand an investigation into the matter.
