'Not all that is hidden sleeps': Zeeshan Siddique's cryptic message after father's killing

NCP leader Baba Siddique's son Zeeshan Siddique has uploaded a cryptic post on social media, that as of now, is inscrutable.

“Not all that is hidden sleeps, Nor all that is visible speaks," wrote MLA Zeeshan Siddique on X.  As per police, photo of Zeeshan Siddique was found in a phone of one accused.  So far, police have arrested nine accused.

The Mumbai Crime Branch mentioned on Saturday that the arrested accused Ram Kanojia revealed during interrogation that he was the first who was given the contract to kill the NCP leader and he had initially demanded one crore rupees.

According to his statement, fugitive accused Shubham Lonkar had first given the contract to kill Baba Siddiqui to Ram Kanojia. Kanojia had demanded a fee of one crore rupees for carrying out the murder.

Zeeshan Siddique had also met Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who also holds the Home portfolio in the Maharashtra government led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

Baba Siddique was gunned down near Zeeshan Siddique's office in Nirmal Nagar in Mumbai's Bandra area on October 12. A shooter of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed that Baba Siddique was not a good man and had connections with India's most-wanted criminal Dawood Ibrahim.
