Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the grand Sufi music festival, Jahan-e-Khusrau 2025, on February 28 at Sunder Nursery in New Delhi. This marks a first for the Prime Minister, who has been a strong proponent of promoting India’s diverse art and culture, a statement from the PMO said.

“The festival is bringing together artists from across the world to celebrate the legacy of Amir Khusrau. Organised by Rumi Foundation, the festival, started by renowned filmmaker and artist Muzaffar Ali in 2001, will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year and will be held from February 28 to March 2,” the official statement said.

During the festival, PM Modi will also visit TEH Bazaar THE – The Exploration of Handmade), which showcases One District-One Product crafts, exquisite artefacts, short films on handicrafts and handlooms from across India.
