New Delhi: Former minister Shashi Tharoor was on Tuesday conferred the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” (Knight of the Legion of Honour) by visiting Chairman of the French Senate Gérard Larcher. IGNOU certificates now via DigiLocker

New Delhi: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Tuesday issued academic certificates through DigiLocker. Students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes will be able to access their certificates on the official application that can be downloaded on digilocker.gov.in/installapp.
