RK University, in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC), successfully hosted the second phase of “IDE Bootcamp 2025” from February 17 to 21 in Rajkot. This national-level event focused on innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurship.

The five-day residential bootcamp featured intensive workshops, expert-driven discussions, and practical learning experiences. It brought together young innovators, industry experts, and government representatives to celebrate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. Participants received training in product design, ergonomics, design thinking, and pitching skills to prepare them for the dynamic business landscape.

An industrial visit to Rajsamdhiyala Spintex Pvt Ltd and Balaji Wafers provided further insights, networking opportunities, and creative inspiration.

The bootcamp culminated with student teams pitching their innovations before an expert panel.

The valedictory function featured notable guests, including Denish Patel, Executive Vice President of RK University, and Vishal Nair from Wadhwani Foundation.
