Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat arrived in Imphal on Thursday for a three-day visit to Manipur, his first since ethnic violence broke out in the state in May 2023.

During his stay, Bhagwat will hold a series of closed-door interactions with RSS members to review the organisation’s functioning in the north-eastern state, he added.

The RSS chief is also scheduled to meet entrepreneurs and tribal leaders from the Manipur hills.
