Meanwhile, Shukla is likely to move to Delhi, though his work allocation is yet to be announced. In yet another notification issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on June 23, Rahul Raichur, a 2015 batch IRS officer, has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, and New & Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, at the level of Deputy Secretary for the period up to February 20, 2028.

Pallavi Jain Govil, Secretary in the Department of Youth Affairs, has been given additional charge as Secretary in the Labour Ministry from June 24 until July 1 in the absence of Vandana Gurnani, who is on leave during that period.
