Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Tuesday bracketed father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi with Narendra Modi as he greeted the Prime Minister on his 74th birthday.
The creation of law is also strange, law plays its game in its own way and the 5,000-year-old culture of India is a symbol of this.

"One great man was born on 17th September and the other great man was born on 2nd October, the difference between the two dates is also of a fortnight," said the VP.
He said a nation-wide campaign is starting on the birthday of one (Modi) and will end on the birthday of the other great leader(Mahatma Gandhi).
"This this is a never ending process! It is a continuous process....The creation of law is also strange, law plays its game in its own way and the 5,000 year old culture of India is a symbol of this," the V-P said.
