RSS communications chief Ram Lal extended the invite to Kumar.

Former deputy speaker of Lok Sabha Karia Munda was also invited.

It remains to be seen if Meira Kumar will attend given her party’s decision to term the event an RSS and BJP political event and declining invitations sent to party Chief Mallikarjun Kharge, former chief Sonia Gandhi and party leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury.
