In a gesture of solidarity, Kadhambari S Viswanathan, Assistant Vice President of Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Bhopal, has donated 2,45,92,500 Myanmar Kyats (equivalent to INR 10 lakh) for relief efforts following the recent devastating earthquake in Myanmar.

The contribution was made on behalf of VIT-Bhopal and formally handed over to His Excellency Zaw Oo, Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, during a meeting held at the Myanmar Embassy in Delhi.
