“Rocket Journal is built with Rocket Health’s team of psychologists, and makes the daily ritual of journaling effortless through its voice interface. This is a perfect tool for someone in therapy, as well as for someone who is new to journaling,” says Dr Ritika Sinha, COO and Founder, Rocket Health.

India faces a severe shortage of mental health professionals, with only one psychiatrist per 1,00,000 people compared to the global average of three, according to the World Health Organisation (WHO). This gap has accelerated the rise of digital health startups experimenting with AI-enabled support tools.

Rocket Journal is a voice-first AI journaling app which has psychology-backed prompts, people will be able to process racing thoughts, gain gentle insights, and build consistency, the company said.
