A woman was groped by a rowdy group on a waterlogged street here, prompting the arrest of 16 men, action against eight policemen and a cryptic remark in the Assembly by CM Yogi Adityanath who said a "bullet train" will be run for the offenders. — PTI

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
