Politicians: Former Cabinet minister in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)-led coalition government Altaf Bukhari led a delegation of politicians to meet the envoys. The others included PDP leaders Rafi Mir, Abdul Rahim Rather, Abdul Majeed Padder, Javeed Baig, Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Ghulam Hassan Mir of Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) and Shoaib Lone of Congress. Panchayat members also met the foreign delegates.
