Jammu, May 5

The Ladakh administration today disclosed that at least 205 test reports were received from the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Delhi, yesterday and all were tested negative for Covid-19. The sample reports were of Leh district.

Commissioner-Secretary (Health), Ladakh, Rigzin Samphel said 400 samples were sent for testing from the Bogdang containment zone, out of which 143 sample reports were negative, while 80 samples reports of Chuchot Yokma containment zone were also negative for Covid.

The media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services, Ladakh, stated that the condition of all the 25 active Covid-19 cases of Ladakh was stable.

The Nodal Officers, appointed by the Ladakh administration, at Chandigarh arranged for screening of 175 passengers, who are scheduled to travel in seven buses from Chandigarh to Ladakh, via Jammu, tomorrow morning.
