The police have arrested two absconders in Jammu and Samba. They had been evading their arrest for a long time.

Abdul Quyoom, resident of Mai Chack tehsil in Kathua district, was arrested by the police in Samba. He had been evading arrest for six years after the commission of crime. He was also produced in court.

The police arrested another absconder in a raid on the Digiana area of Jammu. Based on a tip-off, SHO, Satwari, Inspector, Gurmeet Singh, along with his team conducted raid on the Digiana area and arrested Madan Lal, resident of Nanak Nagar, Jammu. He was absconding in a case registered in 2014. — OC
