The Ministry of Human Resource Development has reserved five per cent seats in the undergraduate programmes of the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, for the eligible students of Ladakh.

The Registrar, University of Ladakh, said this in an official statement. He said the reservation would be given from the overall quota seats for Jammu and Kashmir from the academic year 2020-21. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
