The Poonch police today arrested an absconder after 12 years. He was wanted in a rash driving case. The accused was identified as Nazakat Hussain, a resident of Chhajla village in Mankote tehsil of the Mendhar sub-division. The absconder, after all legal formalities, was produced before the court
