Jammu, March 4

A soldier, Lance Naik Balvir Singh, died of a bullet injury near the LoC in Rajouri district on Monday morning. The fatal gunshot injury, apparently due to an accidental fire from his rifle, is being considered as the reason behind his death.

An investigation has been launched, officials said.
