Jammu: A team of the Anti-Narcotics Task Force seized 600-kg poppy straw from a truck in Jammu. Nasir Farooq and Mohammad Amin Rather were arrested. In Kathua, 573-kg poppy straw was found in an oil tanker in Rajbagh. Driver Shawkat Ali was arrested. OC
