Srinagar, January 28

The Awami Ittehad Party terming the Bodo accord signed by the Modi government with insurgent group National Democratic Front of Bodoland against stated policies and principles of the BJP. The AIP called out the government for what it termed its “classic dual policy and double standards”.

“On the one hand the BJP and RSS preach ‘One nation, one constitution, one flag’ and on other side, based on political considerations, soften their stand on key issues,” Awami Ittehad Party spokesman said in a statement today.
