BJP’s national executive member Darakhshan Andrabi on Saturday organised an active membership conclave at Srinagar, in which hundreds of party members from Zadibal and Khanyar Assembly segments participated.

The membership team of BJP hailed the efforts of Andrabi for her public outreach initiatives and her successful membership drive in Srinagar, which is going to make the party base at the ground level stronger in the days to come.

In her address, Andrabi hailed the participation of the party members of the party from Zadibal and Khanyar segments and hoped that many out of these new party cadres will be the future leaders in Kashmir.

Speaking to media, Andrabi said it was pleasing to see immense public response to BJP’s multi-tier membership drive in the old city areas. “People believe in the development model of Modi-led government and are enthusiastically associating themselves with the world’s largest political party,” she said.

Andrabi said during the last leg of primary membership drive of BJP in Kashmir, the participation of hundreds of new members and delegates in the conclave speaks volumes about the party’s growing strength at the grassroot level.
