The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office Jammu, conducted an awareness seminars on the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PMVBRY) as part of its ongoing outreach initiative to educate and engage with establishments on the transformative potential of the scheme.

The session was led by Jatin Gupta and Aman Dhandhi, Accounts Officer, who delivered detailed presentations outlining the objectives, key benefits, and implementation strategy of the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana.

“The yojana, a flagship initiative aimed at job creation and formal workforce expansion, is expected to benefit 1.92 crore first-time employees. It aims to create over 3.5 crore new jobs across India, with a strategic thrust on the manufacturing sector,” said an official.

The seminar saw enthusiastic participation from 20 to 25 key stakeholders, including top management and HR officials. “Participants appreciated the interactive format and clarity of information shared, recognising EPFO’s commitment to empowering employers and employees through timely awareness initiatives. The seminar was held at Yougal Sons that also got registered for the PMVBRY with the help of EPFO Officials on the spot for availing the benefits of the scheme,” read the statement.
