Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday inaugurated the Grand Trunk Road Initiatives’ conclave in Patna.

In his keynote address, the Lt Governor highlighted the greater efforts by states and UTs to develop industries and agriculture and allied sector to address future challenges and to contribute in Viksit Bharat.

Sinha released the first edition of Bihar discourse journal and ‘Fool Bahadur’, a Magahi novel translated by poet-diplomat Abhay K.
