More snow expected in Valley as Srinagar shivers at -3°C

The minimum temperature in Srinagar settled at - 3.2° Celsius on Sunday night, down from the previous night’s - 0.9° Celsius, the meteorological department said.
Pahalgam, one of the base camps for the annual Amarnath Yatra in south Kashmir, recorded a low of - 6.4° Celsius, over three degrees down from - 3° Celsius the night before.
The tourist resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir, known for skiing, recorded a minimum temperature of - 5.4° Celsius. The minimum temperature was - 3° Celsius in Qazigund, - 5° Celsius at Konibal in Pampore town, -1.4° Celsius in Kupwara nd -2.4° Celsius in Kokernag.
According to the Met department there is a possibility of snowfall at some isolated places in the Valley over the next 72 hours.
