NC Chief Spokesperson and MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq refuted the reports that any tussle existed between the two.

“We need to understand as on date Jammu and Kashmir is a Union Territory and at the same time, now there is an elected government as well,” he said. “Regarding the reports of tussle, those people are talking about it who are somehow trying to create a problem between the L-G and government,” he said.”

He added, “Being a chief spokesperson of the National Conference, I want to say there is no friction. In government, If there is anything internally that will be resolved.”
