Eleven flights were cancelled on Sunday due to low visibility and another was called off due to technical reasons, officials at the airport informed. Omar shared on X, “Poor visibility in Jammu meant a sudden, last minute, road trip. Nothing flew in to or out from Jammu yesterday (Sunday) so I had to saddle up & take the road to the winter capital”.

The CM shared three videos of his cavalcade moving from Srinagar towards Jammu. It takes nearly five hours and above in case of traffic to reach Jammu from Srinagar. The airport officials said that flight operations resumed on Monday morning.
