The police today said it had attached several properties of drug peddlers across Kashmir. In north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, the police attached properties, including a double-storey residential house, of Mohd Zahid Shah (Geelani) of Basgran, Uri. The police have also attached the properties of Ahtisham-ud-Din Khan of Ladoora, Rafiabad, and Reyaz Ahmad Ganie of Batangi, Boniyar. The police have also seized vehicles worth Rs 36 lakh.

In south Kashmir, the police said they had attached a single-storey house belonging to Nisar Ahmad Khanday of Nipora. The police described him as a notorious drug peddler. The errants won’t be spared, the police stated.
