Jammu, March 26

The Jammu division on Thursday reported another positive case of coronavirus from border district Rajouri, taking the number of infected persons to four in the region. With this, a total of 14 persons from Jammu and Kashmir UT have been tested positive for Covid so far.

The patient reportedly came in contact with the Deobandi preacher who died of coronavirus in Srinagar today.

“Another positive case reported; patient from Rajouri district of Jammu province. History of close contact with (now deceased) positive case,” Rohit Kansal, UT government spokesperson, stated on Twitter.
