Although MA Stadium has been modernised and flood lighting has been done but just outside the stadium, poor condition of drains is a blot on the efforts to improve the sports infrastructure. It is time to improve the drainage system and also ensure proper cleanliness in the area, especially around the stadium.

Beautify Jammu but improve sanitation

The recent direction by the district administration to government agencies to beautify Jammu is a good step but it should not be limited to just painting walls of the city. As a resident of the city, there is need to improve the basic civic infrastructure and sanitation. Disposal of solid waste is still a challenge. The administration should take some steps in this regard.
