A ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan conducted by NCC cadets from December 1 to 15 concluded at Government Higher Secondary School, Bhalra (Bhaderwah). Various activities were held. A general awareness in short notice was delivered to students/cadets regarding the cleaning of water bodies, monuments on school premises, burning of plastic waste. An awareness rally, seminar regarding plastic waste management, wall painting, painting competition and essay writing regarding swachhta were conducted, wherein, several students/ cadets of different schools participated. Later, a prize distribution function was organised at the institution.

School plants trees

Rich Harvest School celebrated Vijay Diwas to commemorate India’s victory in the 1971 War. In memory of our valiant soldiers who sacrificed their lives, school students planted trees in a new garden called Vijay Garden. The school also conducted a medical camp for students, It was aimed at meeting the goals laid down by the Prime Minister of Fit India.
